Job Description
  • Clean and sanitise all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
  • Operate dish machine to hotel and manufacturer specifications
  • Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitiser in the dish machine
  • Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
  • Remove all garbage
  • Sweep floor, mop and make sure dish-washing area is neat, organized and clean
  • Clean and sanitise the dish machine at the end of a shift
  • Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organised
  • Clear hallway to allow easy access for kitchen and service staff
  • Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Executive Chef at any time
